Rates are seasonal and can depend on availability.  In order to confirm the desired dates and cost for the stay, please contact Rick at 512.992.7533 or via email at . Once the available dates and cost for the stay are determined a deposit can be processed using the instructions below.

Reservations:
Are taken with the collection of a 100.00 deposit.  This non refundable deposit will be credited towards the remaining balance.

Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made prior to 72hrs of the reservation dates.  If the cancellation is made prior to 72hrs, all funds will be returned with the exception of the non refundable deposit held for the reservation. 

Payments:

Are made using the "Pay Now" button below. Can be made with either credit or debit cards. Once you click pay now, enter the Item Amount next to ERS Condo Rental.  Click "Update Now" and the cost will be reflected.  Click continue next to the Credit Card icons to continue processing the credit card payment.  It is NOT necessary to log onto PayPal to complete the transaction.  Enter the billing information, including the credit card number and next to continue.  Once the payment is complete, retain the receipt for your records.
